Maintenance Personnel

Nineteen friendly and courteous employees work full time in maintaining the effective and smooth operation of the premises, supervised by our resident manager. Our maintenance staff includes three resident superintendents, three handymen, eight porters and four gardeners. The entire staff works together to insure that the grounds and common areas remain clean and well kept.
