Gardens: Forest Hills South’s private gardens are unique to the area and include several seating areas for quiet enjoyment of residents and their guests.

Parking: There is a limited amount of on-site parking at Forest Hills South. New shareholders can enter their names on the waiting list for a parking space.

Laundry Rooms: Laundry facilities equipped with self-service washers and dryers are located in the basement of each building. Payment is by pre-paid debit cards, which can be purchased and re-filled in vending machines in each laundry room.

Storage: A limited number of storage lockers are located in the basement of each building. Rental arrangements can be made through Management Office. Each basement also has a bicycle storage room; bicycle storage permits may be obtained from the Management Office, space permitting.
